To Zion, Via The Earthly Body

The more I inhabit my body, the deeper the sense of pleasure I experience. The stronger and more expansive my animal system is, the more multifaceted the pleasure I feel is. It's sublime, exquisite, and delightful.

Listening to and feeling the texture of music. Discerning the subtleties of taste and smell in food. Enjoying the way sunlight hits the canyon in the morning. Feeling the cool night breeze on my bare skin. All that is mundane suddenly becomes meaning filled. All that seemed meaning filled suddenly becomes mundane. Sinking deep into my animal body to become more wild than human...has shown me how to be more human than wild.

I know it's real and I know it's mine because I feel this all in my earthly body. If I am to reach Zion, let it be through my earthly body, and let me experience the full spectrum of it all.
